2008 Head Softball Coach Austria
Head Coach of the Austrian National Team, Jr. National Team, and a professional team in Vienna. 6-month contract, worked directly for the Austrian Sports Federation, coaching and preparing each team for their respective European Championships. The National Team focused on preparing for this summer’s championships in Valencia, Spain. The Jr. Team competed last summer in Deggendorf, Germany, and placed 9th. The professional team finished 2nd in league play, and also competed at the European Championships in Bollate, Italy, finishing tied for 4th place. It was the highest finish the Wanderers ever had, and one of the athletes was named “Best Hitter” for the tournament.

2005-2006 Assistant Softball Coach Texas Woman’s University
Responsibilities included directing all phases of a competitive softball program in accordance with TWU, Lone Star conference and NCAA policies, rules and regulations. Duties included: recruiting, evaluating, coaching, training and scheduling; budget management; monitoring of student-athlete academic progress; public relations and fundraising. My main area of on-field coaching was hitting and offensive strategies, and working with the infielders and catchers. Proficient with the use of the Right View Pro Training System.

2004-2005 Head Coach Austin Storm Softball
Head Coach of the 18U Gold team, and assisting with the 16U, 14U, and 12U teams as well. While under my direction the Gold team qualified for the ASA Gold National Tournament for the first time in the organizations history. The team tied for 25th.

2003-2004 Volunteer/Graduate Assistant The University of Texas at Austin
Served in this position while attending graduate school full-time. Actively involved in the daily office operations, which included general correspondence, priority recruit correspondence, alumni updates, and serving as the assistant camp director. Also assisted with on-field coaching duties, primarily focusing on outfield and hitting. Coordinated and directed the use of the Dartfish Training System.

Sum. 2003 Assistant Instructor American Pastime 18U Gold
Worked with the team and their hitting. Stressed the importance of proper mechanics and fundamentals and incorporated them into their hitting workouts and pre-game preparation. The team qualified for ASA Gold Nationals and finished tied for 13th.

2000-2002 Student Assistant Texas Tech University
Served in this position while attending school full-time. Assisted with all on-field aspects and kept charts during the games, tracking both hitting and pitching tendencies. Also did the videotaping and breakdown of each game.
